The Scan Pro Postage Credit is a free add-on that comes with £20.00 of free Postage Credit each month.
Do I need to top-up to get £20.00 of free postage credit each month?
No. Simply sign up or switch to the Scan Pro plan, and you will get £20.00 of free postage credit every month.
What happens when I run out of postage credit?
The Hoxton Mix will send you a notification by email when you've used up 90% of your postage credit and when you've used it all up or have no credit left on your account. You can add postage credit directly to your account using Top Up.
What else do I need to know?
Your £20.00 of free postage credit will last 30 days before expiring and being replaced with a new £20.00 allowance.
Can I use my virtual address as my Companies House registered business address?
Yes, your virtual address can act as your official business address and can be used to register with Companies House.
How do I know if you have received some of my post?
We’ll scan all your incoming post the same day it is received. We then convert it to hi-res PDF so you can search it just like email.
How long is a virtual office setup?
We will definitely have you set up at the beginning of the next business day following your order. But our average time is just 10 minutes! (excluding KYC checks).
What about mail addressed to me personally?
We will handle mail sent to your trading name, your registered company name (if different) and your personal name.
Is this offer open to all SMEs or just digital companies?

Do I need to provide ID?
Yes, Company Directors and Beneficial owners (person of significant control) will need proof of ID – either a passport or driving license and a recent utility bill. An original scan or photograph is sufficient and can be authorised via our online ID proof validation software.
What will my new company address be?
Your virtual office will have the following address: Company Name, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.
Does the registered office address need to be the same as the trading address?
You can trade from your registered office address, but a company’s trading address does not have to be the same as their registered office address.
Can I use the virtual office business address on my marketing materials?
Yes, you are free to use your virtual London address across all marketing and communications including letterheads, business cards and your website.
Do you accept parcels?
Yes, but parcels need to be letterbox friendly. The dimensions of a standard letterbox are shown below. Additionally, we are unable to accept any parcels containing dangerous, live or perishable goods. The Hoxton Mix is entitled to refuse any item it considers to be unreasonable or unlawful. How long will it take for me to receive my post?
Post is securely scanned the same day it arrives at our office. When you want your post to hand you can pick it up free of charge or we can forward to you.
