With our comprehensive service we receive your physical mail, scan it and digitise it. Once that is complete you have the option to have the physical copies mailed to you. We have multiple options for you to get hold of the physical copies of your mail ensuring ultimately flexibility around your business mail. Once you have a subscription with us, you can simply have individual pieces of mail forwarded at a per item cost. This is a great option to use for only the most important mail items, and can be paid for as you need it. Once you have purchased your plan subscription with us, you simply top-up your credits and choose which mail item you want forwarding and we'll send it to you that within one business day. If it's important mail, we will send it to you.
Collection: Come and pick up your mail.
Our final option for physical mail is that you come and collect it from our central London office between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Our dedicated reception team will be there to ensure you get your mail, don't forget to bring ID and only registered individuals can collect mail from us in person. We keep all mail for 30-days before we have it securely destroyed.
