With the mail forwarding add-on we still scan and digitise your physical mail, but then we forward it to your chosen address. All within the same business day. What is mail forwarding.

With our comprehensive service we receive your physical mail, scan it and digitise it. Once that is complete you have the option to have the physical copies mailed to you. We have multiple options for you to get hold of the physical copies of your mail ensuring ultimately flexibility around your business mail. Ultimately, you decide how you want to get your mail, including having it sent directly to your account address.

Mail forwarding is not available as a standalone service.

Add-on: Full mail forwarding service.

Buy the add-on at check-out (or at any point after you have your subscription) and have all of your business mail forwarded to you within 1 business day. You get all of the benefits including your virtual office address, our mail processing, handling and scanning with the added element of having all of your physical mail forwarded to you.

This is the best option for anyone who wants to keep physical copies of their mail.

Pay as you go: For occasional mail forwarding needs.

Once you have a subscription with us, you can simply have individual pieces of mail forwarded at a per item cost. This is a great option to use for only the most important mail items, and can be paid for as you need it. Once you have purchased your plan subscription with us, you simply top-up your credits and choose which mail item you want forwarding and we'll send it to you that within one business day. If it's important mail, we will send it to you.

Collection: Come and pick up your mail.

Our final option for physical mail is that you come and collect it from our central London office between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Our dedicated reception team will be there to ensure you get your mail, don't forget to bring ID and only registered individuals can collect mail from us in person. We keep all mail for 30-days before we have it securely destroyed.

How much does mail forwarding cost?

For the mail forwarding add-on, all of your costs are included in the add-on of Under £13 per extra per month.

For the pay as you go option, we apply a process charge per mail item sent of 50p, as well as the cost of First Class postage.

For our collection service, you can collect your important mail anytime within 30 days of us receiving the mail.

Why do I need mail forwarding?

Mail forwarding is an essential service for the most important pieces of business mail. Some businesses require physical copies of their mail, some just need the occasional piece of important business mail forwarding to them, others just want to come and collect their mail once every 30-days.

Whatever you need physical copies of your business mail for, our mail forwarding service gives you the option to get it. However you want.

Do I need to buy the Mail Forwarding add-on when I sign up?

You can add and remove the mail forwarding option on your account anytime you choose: either sign up and add it at check-out and you are set to go. You can also add it at a later date.

You can also cancel the mail forwarding service at any point with our monthly subscription charging. We will forward mail until you don’t need it anymore.

Where will my important business mail get sent?

Your mail will be forwarded to whichever address you decide to use. Usually this is the address that you have assigned in your account profile. Essentially, your business mail can get sent to you anywhere in the UK.

Can you forward my business mail abroad?

No. Our mail forwarding service only covers UK addresses.

Your scanned copy of your business mail will get sent to you digitally - you can access that anywhere you have an internet connection.
